    Welcome to Licence to Lead

    Over the past decade I've been busy being a consultant, trainer, facilitator, coach and mentor. What has excited me most in this work is when I have been able to inspire someone to step up and take on more responsibility and act more as a leader than just a manager. As a result, I have formalised my thoughts and philosophies into the Licence to Lead Leadership Development Program. 

    I'll be writing this regular newsletter to share some of my thoughts and I hope that you will gain some insights from them. I'll be including special offers and free stuff, so if you would like to continue to receive this newsletter, you don't need to do anything.
